Kids Club
Kidtopia, La Costa Resort and Spa’s exciting club just for kids, takes children’s resort programs to another level. Designed for La Costa by an architect who specializes in hands-on museums and theme parks, Kidtopia was created to accommodate a host of age-appropriate fun. At Kidtopia, children can journey through a magical forest, observe sea creatures in an “underwater” wonderland, make crafts, dance on an interactive game floor, and more. Land and sea elements will stimulate young imaginations in three distinct conceptual areas — for infants/toddlers, bathroom independent 3-5 year olds, and 6-12 year olds.
Kidtopia provides: a nursery (6 months to 3 years, for two consecutive hours of care at a time); night camp program on weekends; small slides and soft climb items; books, puzzles, blocks, games, and a craft center; a towering seven-foot tree house with slide, nooks, cubbies, and windows; a comfortable movie lounge; personal high-tech entertainment stations; pressure-sensitive light floor for games and dancing; and a 600-gallon saltwater aquarium filled with exotic fish.
Night Camp on weekends
Parents must remain on La Costa grounds while their children are enrolled in Kidtopia. Reservations are recommended.
Hours and Rates
* Hours of Operation: Daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
* Night Camp on Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM
* Full Day registration (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM) $80, includes lunch
* Half Day registration (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM) $50, includes lunch
* Night Camp registration (Weekends 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM) $60 for first child and $40 for each sibling, includes dinner.
Advance reservations are recommended to insure availability. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy.
NOTE: Night Camp is for bathroom independent 3 year olds up to age 12.
